Yes, the Student Health Clinic has "real" health care providers who are licensed and board certified physicians, physician assistants, and a nurse practitioner.

THANKSGIVING BREAK CLOSING: The Student Health Clinic will close for the Thanksgiving break beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
Medical services will not be available during the break.
The Student Health Clinic will re-open for services at 8:00 a.m. on Monday November 30, 2020.
If you have an urgent medical issue at any time during our closure, go to one of the local urgent care centers. Please visit the Student Health Clinic hour’s webpage at health.uni.edu /about/hours for information and locations.
If you have an immunization record to submit it can be faxed to: 319-273-7030. If you have questions regarding your Student Health Insurance Plan premium, please email email@example.com.

The Student Health Clinic is an AAAHC accredited facility. We participate in a voluntary site survey to measure the quality of our services and performance against nationally recognized standards of The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
